It's now city league basketball time and Lexi wanted to give it a shot! I'm so dang happy that she wants to try everything, so far the only thing she doesn't want to do again next year is football, she loved practicing it but when it came to game day she said it just wasn't fun... Anyway basketball is a whole other story, she loves it! She says she wants to play it forever!

for a short time in the game Lexi had to block this little girl in the blue, the poor thing was scared to death and just stood there with Lexi jumping like a monkey all around her.

it was a great game, they don't keep score when they're this young but I'm sure it was pretty dang close! Lexi's best friend from school made 5 hoops alone, she was like a little shark out there, guess having 2 older brothers gives you a little advantage!
they were so excited to go give Lexi a great big hug after the game! So this will be our life the next couple months, practice and Saturday games!!!
